I've been asked countless times about what tools are the best to use for social media management. There are many amazing tools with different price points. My goal is always to find the most powerful tools, that are easy to learn, for the most economical price.
Whether you just manage your own social media platforms, or you manage a lot like I do, it's difficult to operate without using a social media dashboard. You don't have to of course, but you'll spend time checking each platform to see if someone commented or have loads of notifications on your phone when someone does. To avoid missing comments and questions, it's a time and stress reducer to have the ability to check, respond, schedule and grow multiple social media channels from one place. I've tried many dashboards and hands down, my favorite is eClincher. I use it to schedule posts, set up queues of auto-posts, manage new followers, and respond to mentions and questions. It's a one-stop shop to keep my head above water, and my social media management under control.
Specifically, this is why I use this platform: I work with a lot of small businesses that are interested in using social media to advance their online presence, but I recommend using social media as just one of several components of building and advancing a business online.
To have an effective online presence you need to have identifiable branding, a website you have control over with sharable content, a method to capture email addresses, as well as a social media presence. |
